 I´m study Food Engineering, in simple words "The sciences of the foods". This area combines engineering principles with chemistry, physical sciences, and biology. Food engineers are responsable for ensuring the safe processing, packaging and delivery food in the all world, that is, a vital job for the humanity. Because, is necessary a person for control and avoid contaminated food, it can cause illness, intoxication or death. In the future, I will be the person in charge of all jobs, in special of production area. I love to paricipate  directly with the raw material, for prevent form the beginning the illnees food.  My speciality contibutes to the world´s with the creation of productos innocuous, appetizing and with good quality. Also, in all food factory have reduce, but these are not in bad condition, the food just look ugly. So, I like recycle this food. How?.. is simple, classify all type and distibute in the vulnerable zone of the capital., in special charity intitu...

When are child are very clever, I don't ate almost anithing, my parents always scoled. With the time I learned to eat correctly. Actually, I eat of all type of food, but I loved lentil soup. This is a typical chilean food, it have a legumes (lentil), differents vegetables, as, onion, carrot, pepper. Normally the lentil soup are prepared in winter, because, when it´s cold are very much tasty. To cook this preparation is necessary have a pressure cooker, the ingredients, boiled water. First, you are soak the lentils in cold water a before day, for less time of cook. Them, cut the vegatables in "brunoise" (Type of cut very small) and sauté. Add the lentils without water, stir the ingredients and season. Finally, add the boiled water and cover. Cook around 30 minutes. I like so much this flavor, and texture. This are perfect for all moments, in summer I can eat as salad or soup.  I dont´t like the meat, so the lentils are important for my health. Because it have the proteins ...

 Hello everybody! Today I will write about my favorite piece of technology,  It´s the best humany invention,  named Tablet or Ipad. Well, it is perfect for a university student, because the Ipad is very ligth, confortable and has capacity for storing different file. Since, it´s like a little computer, and, on it I can write with my hand and a special pen I use this for write notes in the class, also it´s perfect for watch movies  and listen music. My Ipad is very important in my life, because this has all my study material. With this I can write notes very fast in class, wtihout need of write all. When I need it, could print my notes.  For all universitary student I recommend using a tablet, it help a learn more fast, because you will have all notes in only a instrument. You not need diferents notebooks. Thanks!!!

 All my life I was interested in the food area. When are child I wanted to be a chef, or a scientist. In the moment of finish the college I choose the gastronomy area but I don´t like so much. My unique opction was the Food Engineering at the moment of applying to university, but the Universidad de Chile, was always my first opction. I decide for this carrer because mix the food and science, my two favority areas.  My experience at univerity is stressful but entertaining. I have new friends and I'm learned a lot. In general I will want have more time for visit a my old friends, but the university is very complicated, so, I need learn every day. In the future, I will like work in a food factory, specifically in the qualities areas. Also, I will like create a new products for improve the health of people.  Thanks for reading my post!!!

 Hello everyone!!! My name is Belén Sura, I'm 24 years old. I was born on July 29,1997. in Santiago.  In the actuality I live in Puente Alto.  I'm studies Food Engineering in the faculty of chemical and pharmaceutical sciences. Also, I studies Administration in International Gastronomy, in th INACAP Institute. My family is composed of my parents, Salvador and Margarita. Also, I have a sister, María Jesús, and I have a dog, Toby. He is very beautiful and old, he is 14 years old, I love him so much. Before I had varied hobbies, but now with my job and the university I don't have time. But, I enjoy the family time and visit my friends or boyfriend.  Thanks for reading my post. :)
